RFID Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base in the apparel and related fashion industries within the assigned region, achieving allocated sales targets.
2. Manage the entire sales process, including customer contact, follow-up, solution presentation, business negotiation, contract signing, and implementation handover.
3. Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, opportunities, and contract information as required by the company.
4. Develop and implement competitive strategies for each sales stage, coordinating and utilizing internal and external resources to secure orders.
5. Provide regular work reports to the Sales Director, and promptly feedback market information and competitive landscape insights.

Qualifications

1. Associate degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of software sales experience.
3. Experience selling to large accounts is preferred.
4. Passionate about sales, enthusiastic about sales work, proactive in business development, possesses strong teamwork skills, and demonstrates a strong desire and aptitude for achieving high earnings.
5. Possesses keen market analysis and judgment skills; excellent market development and business negotiation skills; and strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience in retail, apparel industry, ERP, or WMS software is preferred.
7. Existing client resources in the apparel industry are preferred.
