Market Development Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for channel support-related business operations, including regional market research and development, overall planning, and achievement of company targets, in accordance with the company's overall development plan.
2. Organize and develop market activities across various channels, and manage and maintain channel relationships.
3. Establish and maintain the local channel system.
4. Effectively manage cooperative relationships with distributors and maintain local channel order.

Qualifications

1. Associate degree or higher, majors in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields preferred;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales;
3. Experience in key account sales is an advantage;
4. Passionate about sales, enthusiastic and proactive, with strong teamwork skills, and a strong desire and aptitude for achieving high earnings;
5. Sharp market analysis and judgment skills; excellent market development and business negotiation abilities; strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Experience in retail, apparel industry, ERP, or WMS software is preferred;
7. Candidates with apparel industry client resources will be given priority.
