Responsibilities:
1. Assist the head accountant with related tasks.
2. Review financial documents, organize files, manage invoices, organize customer documents, and handle customer tax and other financial matters.
3. Manage, record, and monitor the company's business activities and transactions.
4. Perform daily management of the inventory system and organize reports.
5. Assist in internal communication and coordination within the finance department.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
(Note: This is a six-month internship. Upon completion, conversion to a full-time position is contingent upon work performance and the company's business situation.)
Qualifications
1. Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and responsible.
3. Relevant internship experience preferred; familiarity with accounting procedures is a plus.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced formula usage; practical experience with Kingdee ERP system is desirable.
5. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills; demonstrates a conscientious and responsible work ethic.
6. Junior Accounting Title/Certificate preferred.
