Gala & Awards Ceremony: Honoring Excellence, Celebrating Team Spirit and Warmth

If the daytime presentations were about precision, the evening gala was about heart. All colleagues gathered to celebrate a fruitful year. The gala opened with a review video, looking back at the journey of 2025.

After General Manager Zhang’s inspiring speech, the room filled with laughter. Talented colleagues delivered impromptu performances, bringing the atmosphere to a high point and drawing applause and laughter from everyone. Amid the joyous mood, the company honored outstanding individuals and teams with awards: “Rookie of the Year,” “Top Sales,” “Best Project,” “Excellent Manager,” and more. Behind each award lay persistent daily effort and a drive to surpass personal limits.

Then came the exciting lucky draw. While some lucky winners enjoyed a streak of good fortune, even those who “never win anything” broke their spells, sparking warm cheers and celebrations across the room.

Team Activity: Walking Together, Writing a New Chapter in Harmony

The second day was dedicated to free travel in Zhuhai and Macau. With work on pause, colleagues formed their own groups and chose their destinations. Some ran along Zhuhai’s coastline at dawn, others explored seafood markets, and some headed straight to Macau to sample local snacks on bustling streets or stroll beneath iconic landmarks. Wherever their steps led, the journey was filled with laughter and song.

 

On the third day, the group headed to Qi’ao Island. They wandered through island streets, revisited history from the War of Resistance against Japan, and took in expansive sea views. With joyful memories and the lingering taste of Cantonese flavors, everyone set off for home. At this moment, we are filled with gratitude and confidence. The past year has unfolded layer upon layer of achievement; the new year will scale even greater heights. There may be storms ahead, but with this team and our guiding values, no mountain is insurmountable. There may be challenges to come, but when we move in sync and support each other, we can create a vast new world together.

In the new year, let us continue to uphold our original aspirations, stand shoulder to shoulder, go full speed ahead, and co-create the future!
