In the golden autumn, the Guangzhou and Hangzhou teams of Lead embarked on two distinct hiking journeys, sharing the same sky and the same team spirit.

Guangzhou Lead: A Azure Encounter at Liupian Mountain

On a clear and crisp autumn day, the Guangzhou Lead team gathered punctually at the entrance of Liupian Mountain, renowned for its "Blue Tears" lake. They then proceeded in an orderly manner onto the hiking trail.

The path wound through dense secondary forests, with the sound of rustling leaves underfoot enhancing the tranquility of the autumn woods. Members engaged in light-hearted conversations about the surrounding scenery and amusing work anecdotes, fostering a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.

Some sections required using both hands and feet to navigate. On the rugged dirt paths, colleagues supported each other; those with better physical condition proactively assisted others who found the going tougher. Thanks to this teamwork, the entire team successfully reached the mountaintop lake, the famed "Blue Tears". The deep blue water, set against the natural landscape, created a stunning view. The whole team, immersed in joy and excitement, gathered for a group photo to capture this uplifting moment.

Hangzhou Lead: An Autumn Stroll Through the West Lake Hills

Simultaneously, the Hangzhou Lead team set off from the Hangzhou Zoo, embarking on an approximately 13-kilometer hike through the West Lake Hills. Their route passed by the West Lake Scenic Area, Lin Biao's 704 Villa, Lingshun Temple, and Zhejiang University, blending natural beauty with cultural richness. While strengthening their bodies, the members also touched upon the diverse cultural fabric of Hangzhou during their walk.

Although the hills were not high, the rolling terrain posed a significant test of endurance. Encouragement from colleagues and sharing supplies made everyone momentarily forget their physical fatigue. The clear sound of laughter echoed through the mountains, filled with the joy and contentment of shared company. Through mutual assistance and collaboration, everyone deepened their understanding and trust in their companions, and team cohesion was subtly enhanced.

Marching On, The Team Endures

Although the hiking routes in Guangzhou and Hangzhou had their own unique characteristics, the long-distance walk was a considerable challenge for members with different fitness levels. As everyone looked back at the path they had conquered from the finish point, the sense of achievement and joy after overcoming difficulties was unparalleled.

This autumn hiking team building event concluded successfully. We experienced the changes of nature through walking and witnessed each other's growth amidst challenges. Among the mountains and waters, we saw the most authentic and resilient sides of each other. This connection proved deeper than any team-building game. The team's cohesion and fighting spirit were beautifully interpreted on this day.
