On April 11, the scent of fresh grass and the sound of laughter filled the air at Military Green Town, as Century Lead's 12th Anniversary Celebration and Spring Team-Building Retreat unfolded successfully. The event wove together a milestone commemoration and team-building, reflecting on years of deep-rooted achievements while gathering strength for the road ahead.

The event combined team-building games with free leisure time, encouraging interaction among team members who deepened trust and built cohesion through collaboration. In the afternoon, a self-service BBQ and diverse leisure zones opened simultaneously. As the grill fired up, team members spontaneously divided tasks and shared food together, creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.
