Factory Packing: Data First, Scheduled Delivery

When garments come off the line and go into cartons, the traditional method relies on manual checks and handwritten packing slips. With RFID, each garment already has a tag linked to order information. At packing, a reader scans all tags in the carton at once. The system generates an electronic packing slip automatically. Order Picking: Guided Picking, No Wrong Shipments

When orders arrive, staff pick items from shelves. The traditional method scans one item at a time, relying on manual checks.

With RFID, the system generates a pick path based on the order. Target items are located quickly. After picking, cartons pass through a verification tunnel. Within seconds, the system compares the order against the items picked. If items are wrong, missing, or extra, an alert appears immediately. Shipping error rates drop significantly.

Returns Processing: Same-Day Restocking

Returns have always been a hidden black hole in warehouse operations. When a garment comes back, the traditional process involves unpacking, checking, quality inspection, and restocking. This takes days.

With RFID, the process compresses to hours or even minutes. Returned cartons pass through a UHF Fixed RFID Reader. The system quickly identifies each returned item. Style, size, and original order are displayed instantly. Authentication happens at the same time. The unique code in the tag is compared against production records. Genuine or counterfeit is known in one second.

Once verified, the system updates inventory status automatically. The garment can be restocked and available for sale the same day. During peak seasons when return volumes are high, every day saved means one more day of selling opportunity.

Anti-Counterfeit and Traceability: End-to-End Visibility

The one-item-one-code nature of RFID makes anti-counterfeit and traceability an end-to-end capability rather than a separate step.

From factory packing onward, every scan whether receiving, shipping, or returns leaves a record. Time, location, and action are all logged. Where the garment came from, which path it took, and where it went are fully traceable. Brand headquarters can see the distribution status of every item across all channels. Channel diversion, counterfeiting, and tampering trigger automatic alerts.
